The work of Access Community Health Centers is made possible through the generous support of our community. Donors share our vision of creating a healthier and more equitable community for all.

Your contribution not only supports ongoing medical, dental, and behavioral health care, but reinforces our overall mission of improving the health and lives of our patients and our community.

There are many ways to support the work we do. A gift of any size is always appreciated and helps us increase access to health care services in Dane County and throughout southwest Wisconsin.

Annual Fund

Our Annual Fund provides critical support for our medical, dental and behavioral health services.

You can send a gift directly to Access or make an online donation by credit or debit card.

Sustainer Program

Consider becoming a Sustainer at Access.

Making a monthly gift helps you spread your giving throughout the year. It’s easy to make a significant impact, one month at a time.

You can choose a designated amount to be charged to your credit or debit card where your gift is automatically withdrawn every month. Monthly giving can be for a few months or for many years. Either way, your gift makes a real impact on the lives of the people we serve. You may also give monthly through United Way of Dane County or your company matching program.

Legacy Giving

Legacy giving allows you to make a gift to Access that will sustain our work beyond your lifetime.

By making Access part of your estate plan, you can provide good health and wellness for future generations of people from throughout our community.

Bequests can be a specific dollar amount, a percentage of your estate through your will or trust, or what remains after other bequests.

Other legacy gifts could include a charitable gift annuity or a gift of life insurance, real estate or tangible personal property.

Stock Gifts

You may also direct gifts of stock or property. Giving appreciated securities and mutual fund shares offers an immediate charitable deduction for the full fair market value of the donated assets.

We have an account with Custer Financial Services to facilitate the transfer of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other securities. Please contact us before you transfer any stock or security to Access. Please give these instructions to your broker.

Access Events

Each year, Access hosts events that bring our community together and raise significant support for our work. Our Celebration of Service is held each April, and smaller events are held throughout the year. Access Endowment

The Access Endowment was created to ensure that we have the resources we need to serve people in the decades to come. Contributions to the Endowment sustain our mission of improving the health and the lives of our entire community.
