Registration For Celebration of Service Virtual Event

Join us for our Celebration of Service Dinner on Thursday, April 7th, at 6:00pm.                                                                                                
Please register using your email address. We will send a link for the event to your email address in advance of the event.

There is no cost to attend but we encourage you to make a donation to support our work at Access Community Health Centers.
