Catching Z’s: Improving your Sleep
With a focus on helping you improve the quality of your sleep, this group offers strategies for relaxing the body, quieting the mind and reconnecting with the bed as a place for sleep. This six-session group visit series helps patients identify and implement positive behavior changes for healthy living through an individualized plan that works toward balance.
