Creating a Healthy & Equitable Community
Your contribution not only supports ongoing medical, dental, and behavioral health visits to the clinics, but reinforces our overall mission of improving the health and lives of our patients.
Many ways to give
There are many options to support the work we do. A gift of any size is always appreciated, and helps us increase access to health care services in Dane and Iowa counties. For more information on giving to Access Community Health Centers, contact Paul Harrison, Development & Communications Director, at (608) 443-5544, or firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you’d like to spread your giving throughout the year, you can choose a designated amount to be charged to your credit or debit card where your gift is automatically withdrawn every month.
Your monthly gifts will be withdrawn on that same day of every month going forward. If you would like to discontinue the gift, simply contact our development staff at (608) 443-5544.
Monthly giving can be for a few months or for many years. Either way, your gift makes a real impact on the lives of the people we serve.
Give through United Way of Dane County or your company matching program
Gifts of stock or property
There are many ways to give. You can include Access in your will or name it as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy or individual retirement account. Whether large or small, your gift will help sustain Access in the years to come. To determine what works best for you and your family, contact your financial advisor.
